How to Measure Yourself Correctly 

Chest:
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor. 

Waist:
Measure the narrowest part of your waist (where your body “bends” when you lean to the side). 

Extra Tip:
Wear fitted clothing or measure in underwear for the most accurate result.
