Returns & Refunds

At Maeva Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may choose one of the following options.

Eligibility for Returns

A. Refund

Prepare your return parcel by including the items you wish to return, the completed return form, and the purchase receipt.

Return your parcel via ACS Courier. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

B. Store Credit

Prepare your return parcel by including the items you wish to return, the completed return form, and the purchase receipt.

Return your parcel via ACS Courier. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you a Store Credit code that can be used on any future purchase. Your Store Credit has no expiration date.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, have had their tags removed, or are not accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
