Shipping policy

Products are shipped via a courier company to your door. 

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping throughout Greece for orders over 120€

The following also apply:
a) Your order is confirmed within 1–3 business days, depending on the day and time of submission. 
b) In the case of product exchanges within Greece, the terms of the exchanges/returns policy apply.
c) In the case of a refund, shipping costs are borne by the customer. 

• In the event of a product being out of stock, you will be informed immediately of the final delivery time. 

Delivery Time 

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time is usually:
• 1–3 business days for mainland Greece
• 2–5 business days for island areas 

During periods of increased volume (sales, holidays, Black Friday), delays may occur. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment number and a tracking link so you can check its status at any time. 

Delivery Failure 

If the courier cannot find you at the address, they will attempt another delivery. In the event of repeated delivery failure, the order will be returned to our company.
A reshipping fee may apply.
