The company’s registered office is located at Filipou 23, Piraeus 185 33. This online store (e-shop) enables both our customers and all internet users to be immediately informed about the products offered by our company, as well as to make their purchases online.

The entire design of the website, including text, graphics, photographs, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of Maeva Jeans and constitutes its Intellectual Property.

In order to carry out any transaction through the online store (e-shop) of Maeva Jeans and to place orders for the company’s products, the customer will be required to provide certain personal data. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%). The online store  https://maevajeans.com reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to notify consumers. 

 6. PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION 

Orders placed through the online store constitute distance sales contracts and are governed by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force) and the amendments referred to in Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Government Gazette A’ 116/16.05.2003). 

The user has the right to place a valid order through the online store, provided they have legal capacity in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (i.e., have reached the age of eighteen and are not under judicial guardianship with regard to entering into a sales contract). Orders may also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. Maeva Jeans reserves the right to request the return of any orders placed by legally incapable persons from their supervisor or guardian. 

7. MISCELLANEOUS 

Force Majeure 

If, due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you via email so that you may indicate whether you wish to proceed with the completion of your order under these circumstances. Maeva Jeans bears no responsibility for situations beyond its control and will make every humanly possible effort to provide you with the best possible service. 

In cases where you have placed an online order and, upon receipt, you discover that one or more products are missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all necessary details and send you the missing products at no additional charge. 

Amendment of These Terms 

 https://maevajeans.com reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms. 

In the event of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and provided that an unjustifiably long period has elapsed since the placement of the order), please contact a representative of  https://maevajeans.com. For better and faster service, we recommend that you mention the unique order code that was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. 

8. DISCOUNT COUPONS 

All discount coupons are not valid during the BLACK FRIDAY period or during major discount periods such as -40%. Only one discount coupon may be applied per order. 

9. LIABILITY – DISCLAIMER

However, it cannot guarantee that there will be no technical or typographical errors, or that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted and free of defects.

Furthermore,  https://maevajeans.com is not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to force majeure events, such as but not limited to: telecommunications outages, natural disasters, fires, strikes, or malfunctions of network providers. 

Product photographs are indicative and may show slight differences from the actual product due to lighting, screen display, or shooting angle. 

In cases of obvious errors (such as an evidently incorrect price or incorrect product description),  https://maevajeans.com reserves the right to cancel the order and will promptly inform the customer.

For better customer service,  https://maevajeans.com may provide the option to create a user account. 

A user who creates an account is required to:
